POULVAC Laryngo-Vac®

DESCRIPTION

laryngo-Vac is a live freeze dried modified  infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT)  vaccine contains Cover strain.

INDICATIONS:

• Laryngo-Vac is recommended for administration to healthy chickens to help protect against ILT.

• Vaccinate birds when they are 4 weeks old; or, if conditions dictate, birds may be vaccinated as early as 10 days of age.

• Revaccinate replacement birds at 16 to 20 weeks of age.

• This vaccine is recommended for the immunization of healthy birds. If an outbreak of infectious laryngotracheitis occurs on your operation, immediately institute a program of vaccination of birds farthest from the infected and work toward the infected birds.

  • Adminstration

    Eye drop (intraocular), drinking water or coarse spray

  • Precautions

    • Rehydrate the vaccine outside the pens.

    • Rehydrate 1 vial at a time and use entire contents immediately after rehydration.

    • Do not stretch the number of doses to a larger number of birds than recommended.

    • Vaccinate all susceptible birds on the premises at the same time.

    • Vaccinate healthy birds only.

    • Take care not to spill or spatter the vaccine.

    • Use entire contents of vial when first opened.

    • Burn this container and all unused contents.
