Description: Poxine® is a live virus vaccine for the immunization of healthy chickens and turkeys against live egg adapted fowl pox.
Indication: Poxine is recommended for wing-web stab vaccination against fowl pox in healthy chickens 6 weeks of age or older and in healthy turkeys 8 weeks of age or older.

In chickens: • Vaccination with Poxine is to be performed when chickens are at least 6 weeks of age and at least 1 month before they come into production. • It also is recommended for the revaccination, at 12 weeks of age, of chickens that have been vaccinated prior to 6 weeks of age with another vaccine for the prevention of fowl pox.
In turkeys: • Vaccinate poults when they are transferred from the brooder house to other quarters or the range (usually at 8 weeks of age). • For market birds, avoid vaccination the last 8 weeks prior to marketing.
•Use entire contents when vial is first opened. • Burn vaccine container and all unused contents. • Do not expose vaccine to either direct sunlight or extreme heat during vaccination. • Vaccinate healthy chickens or turkeys only.
•This product should be stored, transported and administered in accordance with the directions. •Store this vaccine at not over 45°F (7°C). •Keep a record of vaccine serial number and expiration date; date of receipt and date of vaccination; where vaccination took place; and any reactions observed
