Eazi-Breed™ CIDR® sheep and goat Insert (progesterone)

EAZI-BREED™ CIDR® Sheep and Goat device is a progesterone releasing intravaginal device. It consists of 0.3g progesterone within a silicone elastomer which is released at a controlled rate.

USES:
It is used in ewes and does for the control of the oestrus cycle and ovulation including:

•Oestrus synchronisation and artificial insemination

•Out-of-season breeding

•Embryo transfer programs

•It is suitable for maiden and adult ewes and does.

    •EAZI-BREED CIDR device is used to induce oestrus and allow for successful breeding in ewes out of season.

    •For synchronization of estrus in cycling ewes, you must use the Eazi-Breed CIDR sheep Insert for 12 days, followed by  AI at 47-55 hours post removal.

    •It’s preferable to inject 400IU of PMSG in case of use of frozen semen.

    •For synchronization of estrus in ewes out of breeding season, you must use the Eazi-Breed CIDR sheep Insert for 12 days concurrently with injection of 400-600IU of PMSG at time of removal of CIDR, followed by AI at 47-55 hours post removal.
